B&B Ireland - Terms & Conditions
Please read the following Terms & Conditions before you proceed with your online booking, and ensure that you accept the terms and conditions that are listed below. Please note our reservation fees are as follows :
Reservation Fees
A non refundable admin fee of €7.26 (Includes VAT of €1.26) is debited from your card at the time of booking.
Our Cancellation Policy
If you cancel within 48 hours of arrival or fail to show up, 100% of the first nights accommodation fee will be charged to your credit card.
Deposit
A non refundable admin fee of €7.26 (Includes VAT of €1.26) is debited from your card at the time of booking
A non refundable 7% deposit will also be deducted from your credit card at the time of booking. The balance payable to your host/B&B is then 93% of the total booking amount, this is payable on arrival or departure at the B&B.
Live Bookings
All properties offer a live booking facility. You will receive an instant confirmation. The 7% deposit and booking fee of A non refundable admin fee of €7.26 (Includes VAT of €1.26) will be charged to your credit card. The balance is payable to your host on departure.
Vouchers
!!NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT RESERVE B&B's ON THIS WEBSITE IF YOU ARE TRAVELLING WITH VOUCHERS!!
If you have purchased vouchers from a travel agent, you can book homes on this website www.reserveabandb.com
Children
Many homes offer a reduction for children under 12, this normally applies when children share with parents. Look for the child reduction symbol.
Arrival Times
If you are arriving at the your accommodation later than 6p.m. please notify the home directly. The home may contact you via e-mail or telephone in advance of your arrival date to request an approximate arrival time.
Cancel or Amend Booking
To cancel or amend a booking, please e-mail your details to reservations@bandbireland.com and a member of B&B Ireland staff will assist you.
Please Note: Some B&B Operators may charge a fee when you use your credit card to pay for accommodation.
